Zeta Sigma Chi: Chapter History

In 2002, nine Radiant Ladies at The University of Texas at Austin came together with a vision to found an organization to unite women or all backgrounds. No other national organization on campus served UT Austin's diverse student body; and our Founders searched for a national multicultural sorority that would serve out their goals.

On March 29, 2003, the Eta Chapter of Zeta Sigma Chi Multicultural Sorority, Inc.'s became the FIRST national multicultural sorority at The University of Texas at Austin. We have since expanded to include 35 women of all disciplines, cultures and orientations.

All our accomplishments are thanks to the dream of nine Radiant Ladies known as Eta Chapter's Founding Mothers:
